Side Notes on Practicing

Have you practiced today?

If you havent…what are you gonna practice?

Write it down. Then do it. There are 24 hours in a day.


Heres what I mean:

8 are for sleeping. 8 for working.

Some of you dont even work.

For those that do, you still have another 8 hours to do what you need to do.

Okay so lets say you have to do laundry and go to the gym.

Maybe you even have date night.

Lets take 4 hours off that.

Thats still 4 hours left!!!

4 hours a day for 7 days a week = 28 hours.

Now to be frank the most ive practiced in a week is about 15 -16 maybe 18 hours once.

But in 28 hours every week, you dont have time for practicing something that makes you generally feel better?

I say … Bullshit.

Go Practice.

Or make a plan to make it happen.
