If there’s one thing I keep coming across lately in my daily search for motivation and positivity…it’s these 5 words.

Keep them close to you.

Tattoo them on your heart.

And on your mind.

Never forget them.

In this world there are 2 types of humans. Those that talk and those that walk.

I like to keep things simple. The world will throw you 100,000 quotes and one hundred million blog posts and then the news and then the president and then more bad news and then more fake news and then self-help books. And you havent even taken a piss yet.

What I’ve learned from my time I spent learning from self help books and blogs and positive speakers motivational speakers is one thing and it’s those five words. I like to keep it simple. So that I remember. Stop talking and start walking.
